To get help, join the Discord server, then visit the #create-a-ticket channel and open a ticket

General Terms

Aqua doesn’t offer refunds for software purchases, sometimes they make an exception and offer partial refunds under reasonable circumstances.

Aqua doesn’t guarantee that the product will work for your PC, they do 99% of the time, however your PC might somehow be incompatible.

Aqua will only provide you support if you provide your Order ID to verify your purchase.

Aqua is not responsible for anything you might or will do with these softwares and is not responsible for any punishments you will receive due to your own doing.

Aqua does not guarantee that you will not get banned for using some of these softwares. If you're smart, you won't.

Aqua does not allow customers to chargeback under any circumstances, if you do, there will be legal consequences.

Aqua does not allow customers to share their subscription, any attempt to bypass our HWID lock system will result in a subscription ban.

Other

I as a customer am purchasing a virtual/digital item. I understand that this virtual/digital item cannot be returned.

I as a customer will not send any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase, transaction, dispute, claim or related action.

If I as a customer have any concerns, I will contact the merchant (Aqua ) and allow a reasonable amount of time for the merchant to address my concerns before leaving a negative review or taking any other action.
